They took the time to explain the issue I was having with my HVAC system, gave me honest options, and worked quickly to get everything back up and running. What stood out the most was their commitment to doing things right the first time. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Prudhom Heating & Air Conditioning was respectful, prompt, and has excellent technicians! Our tech (I can't remember his name, unfortunately) was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired our AC in no time. The price was comparable to other companies, except the others said it would be the next week before they could come out. Edit: it's 2025 and I'm still a happy customer. The service plan is worth it. They do a comprehensive checkup on your system inside and out. Thanks to Joseph for taking great care of us!

I used Prudhom on the recommendation of my neighbor and I was glad I did. They were straightforward with their pricing, answered my questions, communicated their arrival, showed up on time, performed the required services and were professional throughout the entire process.
